Full-day Workshop
The Full-day Workshop builds on the knowledge shared in the Half-day Workshop plus breakout sessions.

Half-day Workshop Sessions: As described above, the first half of this workshop helps your team understand positive psychology through sessions that cover:

  • Introduction and Opening Exercises
  • Optimism vs. Pessimism
  • Sport Psychology for Business
  • Individual Tool Kits for Self Management

Breakout Sessions: Turn the knowledge gained in the first half of the day into applicable content through a Learn, Do, and Teach framework -- proven to be the most effective means of training. This intense review ensures that each attendee is familiar with their specific tools for self-management and works with other team members to create a group tool kit. Divided into groups of five, each group:

  • Reviews one of the sessions from the first half of the day.
Reads through multiple vignettes created specifically for their assigned section.
  • Prepares for group presentations through role play, feedback, and coaching from peers.
  • Presents their findings on a Power Point template and answers questions from the facilitator and peers.
